Requirements IS FOR
To join our dispatch team you must meet one of the following requirements:
• Have at least 1 year of dispatching experience
or
• Complete the True Grit Freight School Dispatching Course
This ensures that everyone on our team understands the systems and professionalism required in the freight industry.

If you do not have dispatching experience, you can start by enrolling in our training program.
The True Grit Freight School teaches the fundamentals of dispatching, freight operations, and industry structure.
